Refund Requests

Refund requests within the 60-day money-back guarantee window are processed by ClickBank, not by the manufacturer directly and not by us. The process:

• Step 1. Locate the ClickBank receipt email from your original purchase (subject line usually starts with "Order" or "Receipt").
• Step 2. Click the "Customer Support" link in that email, or visit the ClickBank refund portal directly.
• Step 3. Submit the refund request. You'll need your order number (in the receipt email) and a reason for the refund (any reason is accepted).
• Step 4. Return the remaining bottles (even empty ones count) to the manufacturer's return address provided in the refund response. The 60-day clock is the purchase date.
• Step 5. Refunds typically process within 48 hours of the manufacturer receiving the returned bottles, less shipping and handling.
